At the Bianca boarding house, there is a multifunctional saloon with a capacity of 20 places.
It is equipped with a functional chimney, bar, central heating.
Its capacity is completed, in the hot season, by an external terrace with a capacity of 20 places.
The menu lists are rich, including traditional dishes from Bukovina (in Vama, there is a real cult of the culinary art), with the famous sarmalute, Bukovina tochitura, different dishes with mushrooms (edible boletus, honey agaric, goat's beard, orange agaric) delicious mititei, game dishes.
At the chapter "culinary traditions" we can mention the assorted entrails, zacusca, autumn salad, dishes prepared as in the times of our ancestors.
At the beverages section we can find afinata, the house wine, syrups made from forest fruits, natural teas.
Obviously, we can always find in our stock, all the range of Romanian wines from all the famous vineyards, foreign and local beer, mineral or demineralized water, refreshing juices, traditional alcoholic beverages from all over the world.
